  • milk - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • water - 2 c
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • cooked chicken - 3 c
  • sage - 1/4 tsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • olive oil - 1 Tbsp
  • white wine - 3/4 c
  • mushrooms - 1 c
  • clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
  • thinly sliced onions - 2 item
  • large tomatoes, peeled and chopped - 2 item
  • boneless chicken breast halves - 4 item
  • chicken cubes - 2 item
  • bag frozen peas and carrots - 1 (10

How to make chicken and stuffing casserole:

Saute chicken in oil until lightly browned; remove to platter. Saute onions and garlic until tender. Add tomatoes; cook until tomatoes are mushy. Return chicken to skillet. Add wine; cook until chicken is cooked through. Add mushrooms; cook just until mushrooms are tender.
