- flour - 1/3 c
- butter - 1/4 c

- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- cooked chicken - 3 c
- sage - 1/4 tsp

- mushrooms - 1 c

- large tomatoes, peeled and chopped - 2 item

How to make chicken and stuffing casserole:
Saute chicken in oil until lightly browned; remove to platter. Saute onions and garlic until tender. Add tomatoes; cook until tomatoes are mushy. Return chicken to skillet.
