  • butter - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • olive oil - 1/2 c
  • white wine - 1/2 c
  • rosemary - 1 item
  • chicken cutlets - 2 lb
  • College Inn chicken broth - 1 c

How to make chicken in wine sauce:

Roll chicken in flour. Fry in mixture of olive oil and butter until brown. Put in baking dish. Sprinkle salt, pepper and rosemary. Pour mixture of wine and broth over top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
