- vegetable oil - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 item
- Jack cheese, grated - 1 item
- tortillas - 2 3
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- green onion, chopped - 1 item
- enchilada seasoning - 1 pkg
- whole chicken, cooked and shredded - 1 item
- medium can sliced black olives - 1 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Mix soup, onion, olives and enchilada seasoning together. Fry tortillas in oil until soft. Dip tortillas in enchilada sauce. Add meat, soup mixture and cheese in tortillas and roll. Top enchiladas with more cheese and sauce and add green onions on top.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
