Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- crescent rolls - 1 pkg
- lemon pepper seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- softened margarine - 2 Tbsp
- chopped chicken - 1 c
- drained mushrooms - 1/3 c
- crushed herb stuffing Pepperidge Farm - 1/3 c
How to make chicken crescents:
Combine cream cheese, margarine and lemon pepper. Stir in chicken and mushrooms. Unroll crescents into triangles with a rolling pin. Put 1/4 cup of chicken mixture onto each triangle.Starting at short end of the triangle, fold the bread over the chicken mixture to form a little bundle and tuck under the ends of the roll. Dip the bundle in melted butter and stuffing crumbs. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
These are nice to serve with rice and chicken gravy.
