Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 2 8oz
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- tubes crescent rolls - 2 item
- Hidden Valley salad dressing dry mix - 1 pkg
- shredded cheese cheddar or your favorite - 1 c
- finely cut fresh vegetables - suggest cauliflower, broccoli, green pepper, mushrooms and carrots - 1 item
How to make veggie bars:
Unroll crescent rolls, spread and pat into a single piece on a large greased cookie sheet. Bake 350° for 7-9 minutes until brown. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing mix and beat until smooth. Spread on cooled crust. Sprinkle on vegetables, then the shredded cheese. Press down lightly.
