Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- hot milk - 2 c
- chicken broth - 4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- egg yolks, beaten - 2 item
- cooked chicken, chopped - 2 c
How to make chicken corn soup:
Heat corn; put through sieve. Combine celery, chicken and broth in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes. Stir hot milk into egg yolks gradually. Add to soup mixture and corn.
