Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- slices Swiss cheese - 4 item
- crescent rolls - 1 pkg
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley
- slices ham - 4 item
- Romano cheese - 3 Tbsp
- speck of garlic - 1 item
How to make hamburger wellington:
Mix together all ingredients except for ham, Swiss and rolls. Spread meat mixture on wax paper to form a rectangle slightly wider on one end. Place ham and cheese on top and roll like a jelly roll.
