Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- onion
- can condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- thyme - 1/8 item
- cup flour - 1/3 item
- cup butter - 1/4 item
- cup rice - 1 item
- chicken pieces
- 1/3 cup water - 1 item
- cup celery salt - 1/2 item
How to make chicken continental:
Roll chicken in flour. Saut?© (brown) in butter until brown. Mix soup, onion, seasoning in saucepan, gradually stir in water. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Pour rice into shallow 2 qt. casserole dish. Stir in all ingredients, except 1/2 cup of soup mixture, into rice. Top with chicken and pour remaining soup mixture over chicken. Cove, and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in a preheated 375 degree oven.Recipe categories: Main dish, Poultry, One Dish meal.
