Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 4 pkg
- onion, diced - 1/2 1
- celery, diced - 1/2 1
- can cream mushroom soup - 1 item
- sticks butter, melted - 2 item
- can cream celery soup - 1 item
- to 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts - 6 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Boil chicken; cool then shred. Mix Ritz crackers and melted butter. Saut?© onion and celery together with butter. Spread 1/2 of cracker mix along bottom of 9 x 13 casserole. Mix chicken, soups, sour cream and celery/onion mix together. Pour over crackers. Spread rest of cracker mix on top.
