Mixed vegetable casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- onion, diced - 1/2 c
- celery, diced - 1/2 c
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- slivered almonds optional - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 item
- cans Veg-All, drained - 2 item
- jar pimentos optional - 1 oz
- pack Ritz crackers, crumbled fine - 1 item
How to make mixed vegetable casserole:
Mix all ingredients except butter, cracker crumbs and almonds in a bowl. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs and butter together and sprinkle over casserole. Top with almonds. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
