Ingredients/Components
- sliced almonds
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- diced celery - 1 c
- crushed potato chips - 1 c
- grated sharp Cheddar
- cooked white or brown rice - 1 c
- cooked chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces - 2 4
- can sliced water chestnuts do not drain - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Topping:1 c. grated sharp Cheddar1 c. crushed potato chips Mix all ingredients except topping together in a large bowl. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
