Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- sour cream - 8 oz
- butter - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 2 c
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- can mixed vegetables - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Cook chicken breasts; skin, debone and cut up into small chunks. Put the chicken into a 13 x 9 pan. Mix soup, broth, sour cream and mixed vegetables together and pour over chicken.Mix together the Bisquick, margarine and milk and spoon over the top. Bake in a 350° oven for about an hour or until the crust is brown.
