Ingredients/Components
- pork chops - 6 item
- potatoes, sliced - 6 item
- onions, sliced - 2 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can of water mix with soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Brown pork chops. Trim the fat. Put pork chops on bottom of pan. Place a layer of sliced potatoes, layer of onions, layer of potatoes and layer of onions. Pour mushroom soup and water (already mixed) over casserole. Cover and bake in oven at 400° for 50 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
