Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- small onion - 1 item
- grated cheese optional - 1 item
- small jar pimento, chopped - 1 item
- egg noodles
- large fryer - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Saute onion, celery and margarine until tender. Add soup, chicken (chopped) and seasoning. Boil noodles in salt water or chicken broth; drain. Add noodles to mixture. Pour mixture into greased pan; sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
