Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Ritz crackers - 1 pkg
- whole fryer, cut up - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Stew and debone chicken. Mix chicken, sour cream and cream of chicken soup together. Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers. Melt margarine and pour over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
