Hot chicken salad casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chopped chicken - 3 c
- sliced almonds - 1 c
- chopped celery - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- cans cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup - 2 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- Ritz crackers - 1 c
How to make hot chicken salad casserole:
Mix together chicken, almonds, celery, onion, chicken broth, mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice, pepper and seasoned salt. Pour in pan. Top with crackers. Sprinkle with 1 stick melted margarine. Bake at 350° until bubbly and light brown.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
