Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1/4 tsp
- tomato sauce - 2 c
- onions, diced - 3 item
- wine - 1/4 c
- small garlic clove - 1 item
- boneless chicken, cut in pieces
- peppers, diced - 3 item
How to make chicken cacciatore:
Put a drop of oil in frypan; brown pieces of chicken. Add cans of tomato sauce, peppers, onions, wine, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook, covered, on low heat for 50 minutes.
