Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • salt and pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • tomato sauce - 2 c
  • onions, diced - 3 item
  • wine - 1/4 c
  • small garlic clove - 1 item
  • boneless chicken, cut in pieces
  • peppers, diced - 3 item

How to make chicken cacciatore:

Put a drop of oil in frypan; brown pieces of chicken. Add cans of tomato sauce, peppers, onions, wine, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook, covered, on low heat for 50 minutes. Uncover, stir and add Parmesan cheese. Serve over a bed of rice with Italian bread.
