Ham tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 2 c
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 1/3 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- spaghetti - 8 oz
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- small onion, minced - 1/2 item
- wine - 1/4 c
- cooked ham bite size cubes - 2 c
How to make ham tetrazzini:
Cook spaghetti and mix with Parmesan cheese. Add cooked ham and toss together.Sauce: Melt margarine and saute onion in margarine. Add mushrooms. Add flour; stir. Add milk and half and half; cook until thick. Add seasonings and wine. Pour over spaghetti; stir. Put in casserole (2 1/2-quart). Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.
