Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/4 c
  • butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 2 3
  • plus 2 Tbsp - 1/4 c
  • paprika - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • minced parsley
  • dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • small clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
  • chicken breast halves, skinned and boned - 6 item

How to make imperial chicken:

Combine first 5 ingredients. Dip each breast in milk and dredge in bread crumb mixture. Arrange in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine butter, garlic and lemon juice, drizzle over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until tender. Serves 6.
