Imperial chicken
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 3
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- minced parsley
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- small clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- chicken breast halves, skinned and boned - 6 item
How to make imperial chicken:
Combine first 5 ingredients. Dip each breast in milk and dredge in bread crumb mixture. Arrange in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine butter, garlic and lemon juice, drizzle over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until tender. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
