- freshly ground pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- dry red wine - 1/2 c
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- vegetable or olive oil - 1/4 c
- large tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- leaf basil, crumpled - 1 tsp
How to make chicken cacciatore:
