Ingredients/Components

- soy sauce - 1 c
- sesame oil - 4 Tbsp
- to 6 cloves garlic, minced - 4 item
- bag chicken party wings - 1 (4
- 1-inch fresh ginger, grated
How to make teriyaki chicken:
Boil chicken until done but do not overcook. Drain; set aside. In frying pan, add oil, garlic and ginger. Saute 1 1/2 minutes. Add chicken; continue to saute over low heat 2 to 3 minutes longer. Add sugar and soy sauce. Mix well. Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour or until thick.Hint: May need to add more sugar or soy sauce, depending on your taste. (Not too sweet or too salty in between.)
