Ingredients/Components
- whole chicken breasts - 4 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- brown sugar - 4 Tbsp
- sesame seed - 4 tsp
- flour - 1 item
- cooking wine - 1 c
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
How to make chicken bombay:
Split, bone and quarter breasts. Shake in bag with flour, salt and pepper. Brown chicken in a little oil. Take chicken out and set aside in casserole. Add remaining ingredients to drippings. Cook and blend for 1 minute. Cool and pour over chicken. This may be refrigerated or bake at 375° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Curries.
