Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- chili powder - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic - 1 item
- chicken, cut up - 3 lb
- turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- small onions, sliced thin - 2 item
- cardamon - 1/4 tsp
How to make chicken bombay:
Wash and dry chicken. On a sheet of waxed paper, mix together the spices. Roll chicken in spices. In skillet, melt butter. Add chicken and broth. Sprinkle with garlic and onions. Cover tightly and simmer about 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Curries.
