Chicken au gratin casserole
Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- soft bread crumbs - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can water - 1/4 item
- grated cheese Cheddar - 1/2 c
- diced, cooked chicken optional - 1 c
- French cut green beans, cooked - 1 qt
How to make chicken au gratin casserole:
Place beans and chicken in casserole. Mix soup and water. Bring to a boil and pour over chicken. Season to taste. Combine bread, butter and cheese. Toss lightly and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
