Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 2/3 c
- fine dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 2/3 c
- chopped pimiento - 1/4 c
- minced, cooked chicken - 2 c
How to make chicken au gratin:
Combine the first 5 ingredients. Spoon into shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
