Chicken artichoke salad
Ingredients/Components
- chicken, cooked and cut in bite size pieces - 1 item
- chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni - 1 pkg
- jars marinated artichokes, drained and chopped - 2 item
- green onions, chopped - 2 item
- stuffed olives, sliced - 8 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- powdered curry - 1 tsp
How to make chicken artichoke salad:
Cook rice as directed on package, but omit butter. Mix ingredients and toss. If not moist enough, add liquid from drained artichokes, salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate. Will keep several days. Better if made a few hours before serving.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Salads.
