Chicken artichoke casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt
- margarine - 6 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- chicken bouillon - 2/3 c
- can artichoke hearts - 1 oz
- cut up chicken
- pinch of garlic powder - 1 item
- fresh mushrooms, cut into large pieces - 1/4 lb
How to make chicken artichoke casserole:
Wash chicken pieces, pat dry and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and paprika. Brown chicken in 4 tablespoons margarine. Place chicken in casserole dish. Use remaining margarine to saute mushrooms. Drain artichoke hearts and arrange in casserole with chicken, then add mushrooms. Combine soup and bouillon, then add this to casserole. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
