Ingredients/Components
- mayo - 1/3 c
- bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- curry - 1/4 tsp
- green onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- chicken, boiled and deboned - 1 item
- chicken Rice-A-Roni - 1 pkg
- sliced pimento stuffed olives - 1/2 c
- jars marinated artichoke hearts reserving liquid - 2 item
How to make chicken artichoke salad:
Cook Rice-A-Roni as directed, omitting butter. Cool to room temperature. Add onion, pepper and artichokes. Add chicken. Mix curry, mayo and liquid from artichoke hearts. Pour over salad and chill 24 hours.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Salads.
