Artichoke salad
Ingredients/Components
- mayo - 1/3 c
- curry - 1/4 c
- bell pepper, diced - 1/2 item
- chicken Rice-A-Roni
- pimento-stuffed olives - 1/2 c
- chicken breasts, diced - 4 lb
- small or 1 large jar artichoke hearts - 2 item
How to make artichoke salad:
Mix and cook Rice-A-Roni as directed, except without butter. Cool. Mix curry, mayo and 1/2 artichoke heart liquid. Mix all together. Refrigerate for 24 hours.Recipe categories: Salads, Southern u.s., Cajun.
