Artichoke salad



  • mayo - 1/3 c
  • curry - 1/4 c
  • bell pepper, diced - 1/2 item
  • chicken Rice-A-Roni
  • pimento-stuffed olives - 1/2 c
  • chicken breasts, diced - 4 lb
  • small or 1 large jar artichoke hearts - 2 item

How to make artichoke salad:

Mix and cook Rice-A-Roni as directed, except without butter. Cool. Mix curry, mayo and 1/2 artichoke heart liquid. Mix all together. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
