Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- can sliced mushrooms - 1 oz
- cooked wild rice - 2 c
- cans condensed cream of mushroom soup - 2 1/2
- boned, cooked, chopped chicken
How to make chicken and wild rice casserole:
In a greased casserole, mix chopped cooked chicken and cooked wild rice. Add green pepper, mushrooms, mushroom soup, milk, salt and pepper. Cover. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
