Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- broccoli flowerets - 1 c
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- can cream of broccoli soup - 1 item
- skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 4 item
- large carrot, thinly sliced - 1 item
How to make chicken and vegetables:
In skillet, in 1 tablespoon hot margarine, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned. Remove. In an additional 1 tablespoon hot margarine, cook broccoli, carrot and mushrooms until tender and liquid is evaporated; stir often. Add soup, milk and pepper. Heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet. Cover; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink; stir often.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, One Dish meal.
