Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- parsley - 1 tsp
- skinless, boneless chicken breasts - 6 item
- box chicken flavored stuffing mix - 1 item
How to make chicken and stuffing:
Preheat oven to 400°. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, but do not let stand. Spoon stuffing across center of 2-quart shallow baking dish. Arrange 3 chicken breasts on each side of stuffing. Combine soup, milk and parsley. Pour over chicken. Cover with foil; bake 15 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
