Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- cans water - 3 item
- dry rice - 2 c
- garlic butter - 1 item
- whole chicken, skinned or 6 chicken breasts, skinned - 1 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Mix all ingredients together in a large buttered dish. Place chicken pieces on top, after they have been dipped in garlic butter. Bake for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, uncovered, in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
