Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- oleo - 1/2 c
- milk - 2 c
- Minute rice - 3 c
- chicken or chicken breast - 1 item
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
How to make chicken and rice:
Heat slowly until all is mixed. Pour in large baking dish. Place cut-up chicken on top of rice. Sprinkle Lipton onion soup mix over top. Cover with foil and bake at 300° for 3 hours. Uncover the last 15 minutes.Great dish to fix for Sunday lunch to cook while you are at church.
