Chicken and rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- fryer, cut up - 1 item
- soup cans water - 2 item
- rice uncooked - 1 c
- cream of celery soup - 1 c
- dried onion flakes or onion, grated - 2 tsp
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Spread rice in a large baking dish (greased or buttered). Place cut up chicken on rice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put soup, water and onion in a bowl. Mix well before pouring over chicken and rice. Bake 20 minutes at 425°, then at 350° for about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
