Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- rice
- can mushrooms with liquid - 1 oz
- pieces chicken - 6 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Melt butter in baking dish. Coat chicken with the butter and set aside. Add mixture of rice, soups and mushrooms. Place chicken on top. Cover and bake at 275° for 2 hours. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
