Ingredients/Components
- water - 4 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- rice - 2 c
- dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- whole chicken, cut up - 1 item
- beef or chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Mix butter and bouillon cubes then add soup mix, rice, and water. Mix and pour into buttered casserole dish. Salt and pepper chicken and place on top of rice mixture. Cover and bake at 350 degreed for 1 1/2 hours, or for boneless chicken, 1 hour.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
