Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 1/3 c
- cornmeal - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chili powder
- , cut up - 1 broiler
How to make crispy baked chicken:
Combine cornmeal, flour, salt and chili powder and pepper. Dip chicken in milk; roll in cornmeal mixture. Place in greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered at 375° for 50 to 55 minutes or until juices run clear. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
