- flour - 3 c
- egg - 1 item
- broth - 1 c
How to make chicken and dumplings:
Boil one chicken (4 breasts) and debone. Add salt and pepper. Add 1/2 stick margarine to broth and 3 bouillon cubes.Dumplings: Mix and drop by tablespoon into boiling broth. Boil 4 minutes; add chicken pieces. Turn heat off. Let set 10 minutes. Serve with cornbread and green peas.
