Ingredients/Components

• ground beef - 1 lb
• chopped onions - 1/2 c
• envelope taco seasoning mix - 1 item
• can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
• shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
• Bisquick - 2 c
• milk - 1 c
• eggs - 2 item

How to make taco bake:

Heat oven to 350°. Cook ground beef and onion until brown; drain. Spoon into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 35 minutes or until light golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if desired. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
