Chicken and broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- frozen broccoli - 1 pkg
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1/2 pkg
- sour cream can use low-fat - 1/2 c
- or 3 boned chicken breasts - 2 item
- mayo can use low-fat - 1/2 c
How to make chicken and broccoli casserole:
Steam broccoli. Place in bottom of casserole. Steam chicken breasts until white. Place on top of broccoli. Mix the soup, mayo, sour cream and lemon juice and pour over. Toss stuffing mix in melted butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Casseroles.
