Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • butter
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1/4 c
  • bunches broccoli - 2 item
  • cooked chicken chunks - 3 c

How to make chicken and broccoli casserole:

Topping:1/4 c. butter1/2 c. bread crumbs1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Steam broccoli; layer in bottom of pan. Mix remaining ingredients well; spread over top.

Topping: Melt butter. Add bread crumbs and cheese. Crumble over top. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes (uncovered) until bubbly.
