Chicken and broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- curry powder
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- mayonnaise - 2/3 c
- can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 item
- buttered breadcrumbs - 1 c
- chicken breasts, cooked and chopped - 4 item
How to make chicken and broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain well. Place in a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole; top with chicken. Combine remaining ingredients except breadcrumbs, stirring well.
