Chicken and broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- margarine - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- broccoli - 1 pkg
- stuffing mix - 1 item
- chicken breasts cooked - 4 item
- sharp cheese reserve some for top - 1 pkg
How to make chicken and broccoli casserole:
Saut?© onions and margarine. Mix together eggs, mushroom and celery soup, mayonnaise and cheese and 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Add saut?©ed onions; mix well. Line bottom of casserole dish with broccoli; layer chicken on top of broccoli. Pour mixture on top. Spread remaining cheese on top. Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
