Cheesy potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- stalks celery, finely chopped - 5 item
- water - 4 c
- - 10 medium potatoes, chopped small - 8 item
- lb bacon, browned - 1/2 item
- loaf Velveeta cheese - 1 item
- milk - 2 c
How to make cheesy potato soup:
Add celery to 4 c. water and simmer for 10 minutes. Add potatoes and enough water to cover. Cook until tender. Add browned bacon, and soup mix. Simmer for 10 minutes.
