stalks celery, finely chopped - 5 item
water - 4 c
- 10 medium potatoes, chopped small - 8 item
lb bacon, browned - 1/2 item
loaf Velveeta cheese - 1 item
milk - 2 c

How to make cheesy potato soup:

Add celery to 4 c. water and simmer for 10 minutes. Add potatoes and enough water to cover. Cook until tender. Add browned bacon, and soup mix. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add cheese that's been cut into cubes. Add milk and simmer until cheese melts completely.
