Ingredients/Components
- 6-8 medium potatoes, diced
- medium onions - 2 item
- celery stalks - 3 item
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- salt & pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make potato soup:
Combine potatoes, onions, celery, butter, salt and pepper in large saucepan. Cover with just water to cook potatoes until they are tender; don't drain water. Add evaporated milk and cream of celery soup. Mix well. Cook for a few more minutes to heat through. Good with crackers or cornbread.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
