Ingredients/Components

  • cans sweet potatoes or 4 c - 2 oz
  • sugar optional - 1 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla garnish - 1 tsp
  • milk or evaporated milk - 1/2 c
  • salt optional - 1/2 tsp
  • Topping:1/2 to 1 c
  • flour - 1/4 1/2
  • 1/3 c
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 1
  • coconut optional - 1 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix and put in casserole dish.Topping:1/2 to 1 c. brown sugar1/4 to 1/2 c. flour2 1/2 Tbsp. (1/3 c.) butter, melted1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts1 c. coconut (optional) Mix and crumble on top evenly. Bake about 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
