  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 2 c
  • confectioners sugar - 4 Tbsp
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • Filling:4 eggs

How to make cheesecake:

Filling:4 eggs1 c. sugar1 Tbsp. lemon juice4 (8 oz.) cream cheese2 c. sour cream1 tsp. vanilla4 Tbsp. sugar Mix crust. Press into spring-form pan. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Layer 1: Mix eggs, 1 cup sugar, lemon juice and cream cheese. Beat well. Pour into crust. Bake 20 minutes at 375°.

Layer 2: Mix sour cream, vanilla and 4 tablespoons sugar. Remove cheesecake from oven. Turn oven to 475°. Pour sour cream mixture on top of Layer 1. Bake 10 minutes at 475°. Let sit at room temperature until it cools a little (about 1 hour). Then refrigerate.
