How to make miniature cheesecakes:

You will need foil cupcake holders. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, eggs and sugar. Put vanilla wafer on bottom of foil-lined cupcake pan. Fill with mixture. Bake at 325° for 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool inside muffin pan. Top with cherry mixture.
