  • graham cracker crumbs
  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • cream cheese
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 3/4 tsp
  • sour cream
  • melted butter - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp

How to make cheesecake:

Filling:3 large pkg. cream cheese3 eggs1 tsp. lemon juice Topping:2 c. sour cream3 heaping Tbsp. sugar3/4 tsp. vanilla Make Crust: Mix melted butter with finely crushed graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Pat mixture in the bottom of a 10-inch spring-form pan.

Make Filling: Beat ingredients in order given or mix in food processor with steel blade. Beat until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Remove from oven; cool for 15 minutes. Leave oven on! While cheesecake is cooking, mix together the topping ingredients. Refrigerate. After baked cheesecake has cooled 15 minutes, gently and quickly spread the topping evenly over the filling. Return to 350° oven and bake 15 minutes more. Cool and refrigerate.
